Valrie Bignall, LMHC

Valrie Bignall is a licensed therapist with 5 years plus experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and completed advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care.

My approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical interview. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. The approach I offer in session includes active listening, honesty and transparency, empathy, and a client centered approach that will empower you to leave with the belief that you can get through anything. This work is deeply personal to me, and I’m committed to helping you make meaningful changes that last.

Mamta Shroff, LCSW

Mamta Shroff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her master’s degree from Florida International University after completing her undergrad in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I am very proud to add that I come from a family of social workers and helped my father in India who was a freedom fighter and started adult education classes in a small village to educate adults which eventually would impact their children’s life. I use my knowledge of social work with my present mental health practice which gives me a wider understanding of situations my clients are going through.

I have experience working with ages 5 and above, including adults and geriatric patients. Working in nonprofit to profit settings, my experience ranges from a wide variety of diverse populations.

I also earned a substance abuse certification while doing my grad program which helped me when I was working at a crisis unit. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused therapy and this includes various modalities as per client’s needs. I enjoy working with individual adults, children and families dealing with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, and enjoy working with diverse populations. My knowledge and experience come from a different perspective due to growing up in a different country and are an added asset to my work. I enjoy educating on culture differences and adjustment when families are trying to accommodate themselves in a new culture.

Once I understand the client’s needs, I can help clients with treatment plan goals and work on the issues they are struggling with from either anxiety, depression, PTSD, family issues or anything they have been struggling with to be able to live a more fulfilling life.
